Accessing a document ad 1
> A document within the URLib collection can be accessed through its URL (Uniform Resource Locator). The document URL has four parts separated by one or two /:
http://full_host_name:port/rep/repository
For example, the present document is currently within the local collection served by:
fenix.sid.inpe.br:1905
and its repository is:
dpi.inpe.br/banon/1997/08.14.12.32
So, the complete URL for this document is:
http://fenix.sid.inpe.br:1905/rep/dpi.inpe.br/banon/1997/08.14.12.32
> Alternatively, a document within a local collection can be accessed through the local collection index (an HTLM page). The local collection index URL consists of the first two parts of the document URL.
