A relative link between repositories is automatically recognized from the following string:

or from any call to the relativeLink.class Java applet.

The names of the referenced repositories within a document can be accessed through the rref anchor in each entry index.

For example, this document has two referenced repositories (through two calls to the relativeLink.class Java applet).
